Or even just if he attacks a figure he wasn't engaged with at the start of his turn. So he can still buzz past the bodyguards to go after the main target.

Thought the criminals could use a speedster, with the glyph stealing and Sense stopping, this guy could prove a nightmare for street level heroes. [Spidey, Bats, and DD watch out!]

Changed first power to regular Superspeed for synergy. It also takes him more effort to steal a glyph, but with Superspeed he should be able to get away once he has it. I reworked an SA for him to work with Beetle, they both go all or nothing on the army lasting long enough, so big success or massive flop for the Sinister Syndicate could be a fun risk/reward army. That's pretty cool. If you're going away from Super Speed in the first power, I'd consider cutting the extra movement spaces after taking a turn to help streamline it a bit.

Interesting. Unless you're in a match with someone with an Investment Marker, though, I think it's still (just) worth positive points, though.
You basically get two values out of it beyond just its base stats so far as I can tell: 1. You can run him into enemy figures and tie them up in engagement and make him annoying enough to deal with that 2. You sort of force the opponent to take at least one turn with him (wasting what they might otherwise do) so they can attack and eliminate him Now if they can easily take full control of him (though still at the cost of an Investment Marker) that might change things, but I'm not sure he's quite worth negative points outside of that match up. Maybe 5-10, though. C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Could add something like "This card starts the game with X Investment Markers... whenever an opponent reveals an Order Marker on this card they may place an Investment Marker from this card onto the card of a Unique Hero they control." onto the first power.
So either anyone could easily gain permanent control or in the rare case mine him for cash if for some reason it's more beneficial, like he's hijacking money/intel/something from you for Bruce or Penguin or Shaw. He could also have Agent synergy fulltime for the other side with OM reveals. |
