OVERCLOCK
Before attacking with Tetsuo Tyrell, you may place a wound marker on this Army Card to add 2 to his Attack value.

MIND JACK 19
When revealing an Order Marker on Tetsuo Tyrell, after taking his turn, you may choose any opponent's Unique Hero figure within 5 clear sight spaces of Tetsuo. Roll the 20-sided die. Add 1 to your roll for each wound marker on this card. If you roll a 19 or higher, take temporary control of the chosen Hero and immediately take a turn with that Hero. At the end of that turn, control of the chosen Hero returns to its previous owner. All Order Markers that were on the figure's Army Card will stay on the Army Card.

Suggested R&Cs:

Q: If Tetsuo uses Overclock and the added wound is enough to destroy him, does he still get to attack?
A: No. The wound is added before the attack. If that's enough to destroy Tetsuo, he is immediately removed from the board.

Q: If Tetsuo uses Overclock, does he have to attack?
A: No.

R2 – Astro’s Initiative
Beakfaces lying in wait move in. They nab height and deal 2 wounds to M.A.R.S. and kill a Hop.
M.A.R.S. tries to disengage to attack the Rogue+Clawfoot and a group of 3 Sneaks in the starting zone with his SA. Takes a wound and dies before he gets a chance. Hoplitron fails to inflict a wound.
Hoplitrons’ attacks were blocked

Executioner 616 took a LEA (1 wound) and blew up a Hoplitron to kill two Sneaks and deal a wound to the Interceptor.

R3 – Astro’s Initiative
Sneak attacks were both blocked again. Flocked in with the Clawfoot and his Rogue cargo to be closer to the opposite starting zone.
Major J15 moves in with a Hoplitron and kill the Rogue.
Interceptor disengages and kills the accompanying Hoplitron.
J15 enages a Sneak and attacks the Interceptor for 1 wound. Hoplitron kills a Sneak.
Sneaks fail to deal any wounds. Interceptor hides behind a pillar and another Rogue moves up.
616 and Hoplitron each kill a Sneak in the central area, clearing out most of the birds.

R4 – Leo’s Initiative
J15 cornered a Rogue and killed it. Another one blocked the Hoplitrons’ attack.
Interceptor flew out and divebombed that Hoplitron, leaving only one left in Leo’s SZ.
J15 killed another Rogue.
The only remaining Rogue ran away to hide behind a ruin.
Robotic genocide of birds continued.
The Warwitch flew in and missed both Orbs of Pain against the last Hoplitron.

R5 – Astro’s Initiative
Warwitch attacked from height on Hoplitron. Attack was blocked.
J15 shoots the Warwitch for 1 wound. The Hoplitron tried to wound her, but she fluttered over him.
The last Beakface Rogue ran in for a Sneak Attack on the Hop, which was blocked.
616 killed the last Rogue. The Warwitch blocked another Hoplitron attack.
Tetsuo moved in and Overclocked to shoot up at J15 (2/5v3/6). He tried to Mind Jack 616 (9).
J15 backed off and shot up at the Warwitch for 2 wounds. Total of 3 on her.

R6 – Astro’s Initiative
The Warwitch disengaged (safe) from a Hoplitron to attack down on J15 (and engage him for the Flutter defensive bonus). Dealt 1 wound.
616 engaged Tetsuo, but was blocked. The Hoplitron ran for the opposing starting zone.
Tetsuo circled around 616 to Overclock her from height (2/6v3/6). No damage, and 3 for MJ.
616 dealt 1 wound to Tetsuo and the Hoplitron killed a Sneak in my SZ.
Tetsuo disengaged (safe) to grab height and Overclock down at J15. (4/6v2/5) for 2 wounds. Rolled a 7 for Overclock on 616 (needed a 15).
J15 moved up and attacked Tetsuo (1/4v0/3) for 1 wound. The Hop in my SZ was blocked.

R7 – Astro's Initiative
Tetsuo attacked down on J15 (no overclock this time, since he was at 5 wounds already). (1/4v1/5) Attack was blocked, but he rolled an 18 for Mind Jack on 616. She then ran down the mountain to hug a Hoplitron before self-destructing. The Hoplitron narrowly survived the explosion, but she did not.
J15 then tried to finish off Tetsuo Tyrell while the last Hoplitron finished off the Sneaks, but to no avail.
The Warwitch killed him the next turn, and then flew down and sniped the Hoplitron before he could make his way back up the hill.

POWER USAGE:

• Overclocked every turn except for his last (when he was already at 5 wounds). There wasn't really ever a reason to not Overclock anymore.
• His first two attacks suffered from below-average rolls (2/5 and 2/6, respectively) and above-average defense (3/6). His third attack dealt 2 wounds to J15, though the fourth was blocked.
• Rolled for Mind Jack every turn. He had the following results (roll / current threshold for MJ): 9/18, 3/17, 7/15, 18/14
• Mind Jacking 616 completely turned around the game. Even if the explosion didn't kill the Hoplitron, she still had 2 defense left and there weren't any heavy hitters left in my army.
• All in all, Tetsuo dealt 125 Points of damage. With a little bit of more luck and some more favorable dice, he easily would've killed 200 all on his own.

THOUGHTS ON TETSUO:
He's absolutely bonkers currently. Since he wants to have more wounds, there's not really much of a question of whether he should Overclock anymore--at least not against armies like the Hoplitrons that have a solid defense--essentially turning him into a 5 range, 5 attack powerhouse for 5 turns that has a bonus chance to steal a turn.

Obviously he's very well-suited to this kind of a match-up (his high attack was nice for breaking through high defenses, and stealing a turn with either M.A.R.S. or 616 was intentionally set up to be very devastating), but I definitely think that he needs to be tuned down. He's doing a bit too much of everything right now, both killing targets easily and having a better time of trying to steal turns than the Mind Flayers would.

I'd support either 20+ on Mind Jack and going to 130 points, or bumping up the points to around 150. Figures like these are really tough to balance right, given how matchup and map dependent they are, but I think that he noticeably outclasses the existing turn-stealing units currently. Either Mind Jack needs to be less of an upgrade or we need to tone down Overclock, IMO.

Caution noted (and test added to OP). Sounds like he can have very good matchups (like Arashara dumping Raelin into a pit of height advantaged attacks), but at the same time he has 2D and self-wounds. Sure he can get up to 35% chance of Mind Jack, he starts at 10% (15 with an initial Overclock) while a Mind Flayer is always at 20% by comparison. Given the long range on it, though, I could definitely see making it 20 on the d20 to start being the dial to turn.
