Indeed it is. They have great prices, cheap shipping, and fast delivery. Many of us on the site have purchased Waves 7, 8 and 8.5 from there recently. I'd say they're more than legit, their one of the most efficient HS retailers on the web.

...and if you play any of the other games they sell then you can always combine your order. Do not know how good their prices are on the other games but they seem pretty comparable from what I know about those games.
