At this point, with the extra wording fattening up the Hulkbuster power a bit, I wonder if we shouldn't bust out the Counter Strike bit into its own Counter Strike power to help the overall card read more cleanly?

If we do that, then the Hulkbuster power loses its "buster" feel while maintaining the counter to "hulk" feel. Also, it would be too similar to She-Hulk for me personally.

Good point about the power being a bit too similar to She-Hulk. The wording just feels a bit crowded to me right now.

I think it will be fine. It will only be this and Immovable on the card so there should be plenty of room.

You're misunderstanding me. I'm not worried about the card seeming crowded at all. It's just that the wording of the actual power seems a bit overly condensed. Maybe we just need to break up the sentences more?

Hulkbuster really is two separate mechanics, but both of them are familiar and easy enough to understand to combine. I can support either direction.

Actually, looking at the power again, I'm OK with that combination of sentences. I just don't love the way the first sentence flows with the "up to 4" part feeling a bit tacked on. I don't have a solution at the moment, though, and I don't absolutely hate it, so it's OK, I guess.

- Give a brief overview. He is a lot of fun to play, and hoping for a good counterstike is fun, and partly because it isn't a guarantee. I like how he can go toe to toe with Hulk, but will usually lose that fight, as the Hulkbuster Armor was always more ambitious than it was achievable.

Units: Iron Man - VS - Hulk (Hasbro).
Once engaged, the went back and forth with the edge to Iron Man, but as soon as Hulk was fully enraged, he rolled 6 skulls and Iron Man rolled 10 defense and took 3 more wounds for death.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Hulk wins with 6 wounds.

TEST 2
Map:Custom.
Units: Iron Man - VS - Hulk (Hasbro).
Iron Man had some big attacks, and some good blocks, though the "counter strike" aspect never actually helped him.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Iron Man wins with 5 wounds.

TEST 3

Units: Iron Man - VS - Hulk (C3G).
What a slug fest. This ended in one round once they engaged. The Counterstrike still wasn't relevant.

Slug fest again (obviously) and still no Counterstrike due to Hulk's enraged defense.

Superman had the last turn on round 1 and Iron Man blocked him and countered him for one wound.

When Iron Man only one away from death, Superman went for the final hit and rolled 4 skulls, but Iron Man blocked and countered it with 5 shields. Then Superman finished him off next round.

TEST 7

Units: Iron Man - VS - Darkseid.
After two SAs and a normal attack from Darkseid, Iron Man was down and out. Darkseid disengaged as often as he could until he was one away from death because he wanted to auto kill him.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Darkseid wins with 6 wounds.

Units: Iron Man - VS - Darkseid.
Darkseid had some big punches and Iron Man did too, but Darkseid can take it a little bit better.

TEST 9

Units: Iron Man - VS - Green Lantern: Hal.
Iron Man got a 5 skull attack and GL only blocked 2 and took 3 wounds! Then GL fought hard with fearless charge to get Iron Man down to one life. Iron man hit GL for 5 skulls again, so Hal burned a battery. Hal attacked for 4 skulls, then Iron Man blocked with 5 shields and killed him with the counterstrike.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Iron Man wins with 5 wounds.

TEST 10

Units: Iron Man - VS - Green Lantern: Hal.
Counterstrike happened twice, and Iron Man got one wound in with a big attack, but Hal prevailed with some big attacks.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Hal wins with 3 wounds and 3 batteries.

- Give a brief overview. His ability to counter strike the squaddies is probably pretty darn good, but is it better than Hasbro Captain America's counterstrike? I don't know, probably.

Spoiler Alert!

Counter strike, counter strike, smash, counter strike, counter strike, smash, repeat. That is what happened until there were only two Hawkmen left and Iron Man was not wounded. Then somehow, the sneaked in 5 wounds on him, then he crushed one. Then the last one rolled 5 skulls for the win. The die luck swung far to one side then far to other, ending in a balanced game. I still can't believe the Hawkmen won that after 2 rounds of constant beat down.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Hawkmen win with 1 man left.

- Give a brief overview. He is such a powerhouse against squads that have low attacks.

Parademons never actually got a wound in on him normally, but 3 times they rolled all skulls and caused an auto wound. This is a terrible match up for the PD because they whiff a lot and IM can still roll defense and counter strike them.

- What should be the unit's point value? 360, but 370 is probably even better honestly considering how much he endured and how much he killed.
- Give a brief overview. He can survive some big attacks with Hulkbuster, and he can also deal them out with an attack of 8. His heavy hand and the counter strike aspect to Hulkbuster makes him something to fear to be sure.

Units: Iron Man and Thor - VS - GL Hal, GL Guy, and Green Construct.

TEAM POWER - VS - CORE OF THE CORPS

Spoiler Alert!

Guy went out first and burned down life to put Thor at half life while Thor knocked away at Guy's battery. After being knocked back once, Guy took height on Iron Man from range and put a couple of wounds on him. Guy was able to get Thor down to 2 life points when Iron Man moved up and crushed him. Hal quickly sped in and with a failed attack, a Fearless charge, and a successful attack, pushed Thor over. Hal kept his distance as long as he could from Iron Man to avoid the counter strike aspect of Hulkbuster, and so he summoned the Mech construct to basically run interferrance between them, but Iron Man put a wound on it, knocked it back into Hal, and gave them each a knockback wound for the kill on the mech. Hal got Iron Man down to one away from death, but then Hal whiffed on a two skull attack and died.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Iron Man wins with 5 wounds.

- Give a brief overview. He is a great tank and defensive player, but also packs a mean punch. Any synergy or boosts that give him +1 to attack or especially defense, is obviously a very big help, but not over powered at all.

AVENGERS - VS - DEFENDERS

2. Cap and Bucky move up.
3. DS flies around and and targets and attacks Iron Man for 2 wounds, but he converts one wound into removing the Order Marker from his card.
4. Wasp engages DS and attacks but fails.
5. DS attacks and fails on Wasp.
6. Iron Man lost a turn.

1. Bucky hits DS for a wound, and Cap fails.
2. DS kills Wasp.
3. Spidey web slings DS and puts a wound on him.
   
4. DS leaves engagement with Iron Man but stays engaged with Spidey and walks around to kill the Sniper.
   
5. Wasp lost a turn.
   
6. DS takes a wound from leaving Spidey and flies up to put a wound on Cap.

1. DS fails his attack on Cap.
   
2. Spidey swings up and misses his attack on DS.
3. Silver Surfer fails his attack on Cap.
4. Bucky puts a wound on DS and Cap fails his shield throw against DS and SS.
5. Hulk leaps and engages Cap and Bucky and fails his attack on Cap.

2. Bucky kills DS (what a great game for Bucky). Then Cap enrages Hulk with 2 wounds.

4. Spider-Man web slings Hulk away from Cap and engages him with himself and Iron Man then attacks, but Hulk blocks it and is knocked back out of engagement.
   
5. Hulk engages Cap and Bucky again and puts a wound on Cap.
   
6. Spidey pulls Hulk away again and puts two more wounds on him.

1. Bucky amazingly puts 3 wounds on Silver Surfer!!!! Then Cap fails his Shield Throw on SS and Hulk.
2. Hulk rolls 7 skulls against Iron Man and Iron Man manages to block five of them and takes only two wounds.
   
3. Iron Man puts Hulk in the critical.
4. Hulk hits Iron Man for 7 skulls again but Iron Man only takes 2 wounds with a big 5 shield block.
   
5. Iron Man hits Hulk for 5 skulls but Hulks Rage Enhanced Defense blocks it all.
   
6. Hulk crushes Iron Man with 9 skulls.
   

1. Cap attacks Surfer and fails after Bucky failed to hurt him as well.
   
2. Hulk hit Spidey for 5 skulls and Spidey swings away.
   
3. Spidey Web Slings Hulk and from height with Cap's boost takes Hulk down for good.
   
4. Hulk lost a turn.
   
5. Spidey web slings Surfer to the same spot Hulk was on and puts ONE wound on SS.
   
6. SS flies away and out of range of Spidey and kills Bucky.
