OK, so I'm pathetic and watch reality TV. But tonight was the best. Last line of the show, asshole Chef Gordon Ramsey:

"My work is done, its been a phenomenal journey, I'm ready for my next challenge, and **** you all."

If I wasn't married I'd fly to London and kiss this guy on the mouth.

I think he might be my long lost twin.

Yeah, I started laughing. I told my wife, 'hey, look! It's me if I'm an English chef!'

He truly is my alter ego. I love the guy. I'd hate to work for him...

The labors of my youth were done entirely in restraunt kitchens. It's demanding work, the language is gloriously foul, and chefs have heart attacks as often as most people take a dump. I don't miss it, but oh the stories.
