For HP I think I will do what I usually do for D&D. Roll HP + Con bonus each level. Use the highest total. So for 5th level with a Con bonus of +2, you'd roll 1d6+2, 2d6+4, 3d6+6, 4d6+8, and 5d6+10. Whichever roll is the highest is your HP.

And from this example, don't waste your time rolling 1d6+2 or 2d6+4.

OK, so my Con bonus (Con of 4) is +1, my level is 3. So that's 1d6+1, 2d6+2, 3d6+3

My results: 5 (4+1), 13 (6+5+2), 15 (5+6+1+3)

So my starting HP is 15!

Alright, here's my character. She is adapted from a character made for a fantasy setting.

Superhero name: The Beacon
Secret Identity: Kara Kalos, college student
Background/Backstory: Kara is an alien from the distant planet Varia, where her parents are superheroes. As a young teen, she stole a time travel/teleportation device and came to Earth in an attempt to be a hero like her parents. She succeeded in saving an abandoned baby (Kara loves kids), but lost her timeportation device, stranding herself on Earth. She and the baby were adopted by a young couple, but even after almost 10 years Kara has still never felt quite at home.

Super powers (Note: Kara's eyes, hands, and/or entire body glows blue when she uses her powers. Thus, her ranged powers only work on people who can see her. Her touch powers usually work but must be able to reach the skin-- she can shine through a t-shirt but not a leather jacket.)
- Hypnotize (Flaw: targets must see Kara to be affected (range) and/or wearing thin material which light can penetrate (touch).)
- Manipulate Emotions (Flaw: targets must see Kara to be affected (range) and/or wearing thin material which light can penetrate (touch).)
- E.S.P. (Flaw: because Kara is a member of a rare alien species, every other character gets the +2 bonus to resist for having an alien mind.)
- Telepathy (Flaw: can only be used while touching targets (and targets must be wearing thin material). Ability to create telepathic bonds has been traded to give a -2 on their feats to resist Kara's other powers.)
- Power Touch (Light) (Flaw: targets must be wearing thin material which light can penetrate.)
- Power Burst (Light) (Flaw: can only be used once per day.) (Notes: must go into "Full glow" before activating, which gives a 1 round notice. Closing your eyes/being blind makes you immune.)
