1776
I was able to pick this up at an estate sale recently. It is a fairly heavy Avalon Hill war game from the 70s. Anyone play it? I would like to get it to the table sometime, but I am going to have to find someone that wants to give it a try.

You have a copy of 'The Longest Day' ??!!!??! Have you ever played it? I remeber seeing it in the late '70's or early '80's in my hometown in northern Ontario and thinking 'Nobody is ever actually going to play this thing' The closest I ccame was SPI's 'The War in Europe' Played that thing 5 times with each game taking 3+ months of playing 16+ hours a weekend every weekend. Ahhh to be young and unmarried once again . |
