Honestly, that's not the issue. I'm just hesitant to say I like something right now, because I'm afraid you'll change your mind again. I liked what we had. I really liked how it worked. I always assumed his Spidey-Senses power represented his ability to dodge the attack as much as his actual sense - otherwise it shouldn't work at all vs. Symbiotes, but in game they just provide a penalty.

That works for me. The targeting with no LoS is a little strong but justifiable. She would have Ricochete, Heat Seeking and Armor Piercing rounds which all help to go around or through obstacles.

If it is too powerful then put the d20 roll back in or limit it to once per turn.

Spidey?
Yeah, that was the only part I wasn't sure about...I think she's cool even if that part is cut out completely rather than add a D20 to it...I mean the Glyph thing isn't a big deal really and should be automatic from your description...and since she needs to take the turn it makes sense for her to check for traps in Glyphs first...

Then the X on the other power makes it automatic but keeps it from being always automatic with out a variable D20 roll.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

I think it works for both. I could see a once per round restriction for Anderson or a d20 roll if need be.

I'm not sure you need the last sentence of Pre-Cog Flash, as I'm pretty sure the previous sentence covers it.

Also for that power, I'd crib some verbiage off of Superman (I)'s "X-Ray Vision":

That seems like a reasonable precedent (and my first ever C3G LD! ).

Psi-Flash is nice. It's Psychic Defense X light in that it doesn't fully end the turn (which is a big part of what makes Psychic Defense X so brutal) but then it adds in some tactical movement. I imagine that combo will be considered fairly solid by the CRB, but not in a gamebreaking way.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

That's exactly what I was aiming for so awesome...
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.
