There's Samuel Brown, Agent Skahen, D&D Woo proxy, custom Tyrian the Kyrie Warrior (Atlaga sculpt), and last but not least my Braxas Hydra. I wanted to tell my two hydras apart and came up with this idea. He did a great job working with me to make it a reality. Thanks!

Those look awesome, Now I'm considering changing some of my Hydras base coat colors.

Glad you liked them so much! That hydra is still one of my most favorite repaint's I've ever done, but I gotta give the credit to your color scheme, its just awesome.

Wow... Where to even start . I'm back with my painting! Thanks to the ever generous patronage of @obfuscatedhippo , I have completed a new project, the Arena of the Planeswalker set Shadows Over Innastrid. That's a mouthful. I had a ton of fun painting these guys up. While the details may not be the best, each sculpt has a ton of character and individuality that kept it from ever feeling repetitive or boring. Characters like the Ghoul Vanguard, Arlinn the Moon-Blessed, and Avacyn are just to cool.

Before packing them up and sending them back to their rightful owner, I set em up Fossil and took a few action shots of them. Full detail of all the Planeswalkers, heros, and squads are all in the original post on the first page. Enjoy, and hopefully this will inspire somebody in some way .

With AotP being a astronomically low price on amazon, I went ahead and picked up a set... or 3. I'd like to eventually paint them up and try to sell them, perhaps on ebay or something. I've never tried to take the initiative on this whole painting thing I do, and I think it will be interesting to see how it works out. But that's in the future, right now I just have a update with the Pummelroot Elements. These guys are just awesome, and have honestly been my favorite AotP minis to paint so far. They are just begging to be a HS custom, and would really look right at home with other scape minis.

Thanks for the encouragement, I think it will be something fun to to try out . Maybe I'll really get into it over winter break..

Last week was crazy, but I managed to get a bit done over the weekend. First up, I have an actual repaint for Heroscape in my a Heroscape repaint thread. A novel idea.

Kantono Daishi (SoV)
This guy was just a simple recoloring that I did while I rebased him. I kept everything the same expect the gold, which I changed to yellow. Unfortunately in the process he lost a leg, which flew off into the shadowy depths of my basement .




Next up, more AotP:

Rhox Veterans: really, really liked the sculpts. It was so fun to bring out all the detail in them.
