C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

The Heroes only version is even better.

Added Scarecrow and Killer Croc to the Criminal Faction and Gotham's Underworld Grouping. Also added Mr. M to Cosmic Threats (not exactly the same thing as the others, but it seems a reasonable fit, no?).

Good updates. Scarecrow should also go in the Insane faction.
Once Ventriloquist is done, I'd say there's a bona fide Thief faction Bud with Ventriloquist, Shadow Thief, and Catwoman.
