I do! Particularly with Agent Skahen. Cover Fire was made for Dund! Dund is Skahen's doggie (or doggin), not Carr's.

Dund... nobody uses him. All the Deathwalkers, any time I try to use them someone puts in the snipers. The Romans never get much time, but thats because I don't have multiple squads.

I believe it was ruled that you cannot use Paralyzing Gaze when moving Dund with Cover Fire. Which is too bad, Dund needs all the help he can get.

Dund is still the bomb with Skahen; cover fire allows you get him into position without an order marker, so that he can be ready to use Paralyzing Gaze before moving on his turn.

Cover Fire says what it says: move only! It didn't have to be ruled.
Skahen gives him all the help he needs...you just need to figure out the order markers.
And if you don't have Skahen then you didn't take advantage of having extra Nakitas on your store shelves...I purchased an extra and simply colored her with a permanent black marker! She looks sharp-ie (that was a pun, and it was intentional)!
