You complained about too many entrance spaces so I made one per door.
If there is going to be two different base maps I think it is worth tweaking this base map so the exits line up better.
Sounds like we can use the original base map for Interior play.

I was really just pushing to not have the five spaces in a row. I don't mind the one double door on the split. It seems dead even more or less, so hard to favor one over the other.

IDK, now that I see it I kind of like just having the one on the corner like that. Kind of makes me feel like there is a screen door that opens towards that other hex, making it awkward to enter from.

Here's my question: with interior play will you only be able to move onto those gray exterior spaces when you leave the house?

Yes, that is why they are being identified as exit hexes. You exit through the door, land on that hex, then you can move normally in whatever direction away from the door like normal. The doorway limits your options in movement.

So we need just the exterior exit spaces for both base maps?
That is easy enough and gets us back to a single map for both.
Note that it makes it the hardest to defense of any version, requiring four figures to box out the enemy.

To answer your earlier question YK, I have always envisioned printing out the map and playing on it but the next could just set there House on a map and use the base for reference.
The printed one is nice for getting everything just right.

I have pretty much settled on one per door. One figure should be able to block one door, well maybe not Tiny but we can let that slide.
