The only problem with Team Insano is having to have Poison Ivy on it. On any kind of urban maps w/o trees or much of them, she's as useless as **** on a bull.


The first army test was kind of off because Thanos in a small army is going to have less time to comeback and not be worth his points. Supes can easily keep up with GG to take him out and if GG attacks Bats, he can take wounds from ES (as was shown in HH tests). In army test two, GG's army benefited from Joker's Reorganized Chaos big time, as well as Harley's insane bonding. Deadpool obviously was tough to kill, especially when there wasn't concentrated attacks on him because so much emphasis was on Harley and she was crazy good. It looked like Joker must have taken the X from Prof X when GG put the professor down as he didn't use the X to block the attack. Jean had terrible luck with her Grip and I didn't even see her try to Throw an opponent for a wound or to put them in a bad spot, so either she didn't try or had bad luck with it. Joker controlling things seemed to have a big part of that as well.

As GG currently stands, I'm thinking 220, as there are plenty of and will be more fliers with range and any figure that can engage him can get some wounds on him easily enough.

Currently, the Pumpkin Bomb is going to be great against big clusters of squads, but in games with a bunch of Heroes, it's less likely to get as much use as they don't need to clump together, unless Cap has a couple figures adjacent to him for Tactician, but there's not too many cases like that. Also, GG has to be able to move in a way to not get affected by it, so opponent's that keep their distance from him will force him to risk the effects too. Also, he'd be limited in using it when his teammates are engaged with his targets as he could take them out as well. So I kind of see a lower ranged normal attack that he can get height for an attack of 5 and an situational area of affect attack. His defense is only a normal 4 when engaged or against ranged fliers. So to me, 220 seems like the upper end as he is and if his PB attack goes down to 3, then I don't know about 200. I guess other play tests would help us round out the cost though. However, I really don't like trying to fit him to a certain cost just for the sake of a certain number point army build.
