Just to be clear, there's Marvel stuff there, yes, but I don't see anything involved with C3G. The cards there are definitely not ours.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Looks like you could buy the Marvel Master Set in another buy it now for $45. So unless some rando custom cards have value to you, probably not the way to go.
