When I said "noone" I didn't mean it literally. Obviously someone cares, because there is still a space program, there are still launches. I meant that people (the masses) haven't really paid attention to the space program since we landed on the moon.

For Apollo 11 there were a million people on the highways and beaches near the launch site, and over 600 million watching on TV. What do you think the ratings and attention to the launches are now and have been since then? Not so good, that is what I meant.

I think the reason why theats is excited about this is becase this launch is for six astronauts to contuie work on the space station.

Though I may be wrong ^^

yes, but i just like space, and best of all, if i amcorrect, and nether spirit pays taxes, then he helped put tjoses astronaughts in space.

thats right, tax payer dollars support nasa, so netherspirits apathy towards nasa is useless, he funds it. ^_^

and of course, ISS will be worked on.

yay for NASA. Boo for space shuttle. Get that deathtrap out of the air! Use the good-old crew capsule design!

NASA's moon plans are currently to use apollo-style vehicles because they are simple and less prone to failure.

Wait a minute did soome one just call nether an idiot and get of easy, you're a lucky person theats. You really shouldn't be calling people idiots though, you could have said something less rude and you would have been replied to in a different way.
