I too, am torn between two armies. Both are general specific. I think I always do that out of habit anyway...

My girlfriend on the other hand, finally picked her army yesterday. We will be play testing these armies in the days to come to see if we need to make that all too common change at the last minute.

It takes a revolution to begin evolution...

Aside from Ninja's newly acquired ideas, I call Gen Con exclusive on the pony... And when it happens, remember that you heard it here first...

Or maybe someone else can do that at another tourney this year.
Hrm.

It's a possibility. We're in the planning stages right now - I'll see what the group wants to do. It sounds like fun!

First Pilgrim bought you a Sam Adam's, and the rest is history.
I have all the board's ready to build on, so I will bring 2 Pre Made maps, and then build 2 there. After I'm finished, I can help you Onacara.

Oh...I'm not building any of them...I am just bringing the terrain...figured it was better for me to bring all the terrain for the kids maps so it is easier to sort out afterwards.

Re: Beantown Beatdown IV - June 28

I have decided on this nasty army.
3x10th Regiment-225
Zelring-185
Crixus-90
Plus it's all one general, so Uprising should fear me even more.

It isn't the usual army type I play, but I'll save the fun army for the Slugfest.

He's less likely to whiff if you don't bring him up into the middle of the fray
Yeah but he looks so much more formidable when you charge him right in, even though he's a wuss.

It's a bit away, but at the next BatB we've already kicked around the idea of going to 600pts.
I did really like the sidebar thing that we had at the last BatB. I think it'd be a shame to lose it.

Another cool idea might be a small army tourney, like say, 300 points. I'm imagining that the games would go much more quickly, but it might be fun to try something like that.

By the way, does anyone host a team tourney?

Returns for more.
