Also, I used to showcase other people's customs here, but I decided that belongs in it's own thread.

These are only a few of my customs, (I am going to begin collecting everything I have played with over the course of time) I plan on updating at least once a month.
Also, I can't make cards, sooo... bear with me. (look at Ixe's customs, they are great even though they have no cards)

My first ever custom! Cedrired & Alduras (195) (No mini):

I made this one about 4 years ago when I first got Heroscape, nostalgia says to upload him. This is a modified (updated, reworded, balanced, simplified) version of the card. If you want to know what the (extra) horrible original version is like, let me know & I will try to find it for you. Thanks to @mac122 for the card and being very patient with me.
Background: Cedrired is meant to be a soldier from the future who has enhanced strength & the ability to manipulate light into beams and powerful shockwaves summoned into Valhalla. Alduras is a magical sword from the past, crafted for a half-giant by an ancient dwarven blacksmith. Alduras has a consciousness imbued in him, along with the magical ability to take partial control over his wielders body for a brief moment, which he uses to seemingly move on his own, protecting his wielder from nearby dangers.

Utgar's Rabbit (145) See Dr.Goomonkey's march contest (here) for mini.:

This one won me @Dr.Goomonkey 's March contest. Card by @Dr.Goomonkey . What I was going for with this one was Utgar's personal pet rabbit. When Utgar sends out his pet rabbit to fight in a battle, it inspires his troops and gives them confidence that they will win regardless of what happens. Utgar's Rabbit, being so huge and scary, also scares the opponent's troops into retreat.

Scarecrows of Bleakewoode (135):

These guys were created for Dr.Goomonkey's September Speed Contest. They didn't win, but I still love them! I also wrote a bio for them.

Bio:
How does Utgar feed his troops? Well, they feast on the flesh of their enemies. But when Utgar troops keep rolling blanks, their food supply disappears, which is why Utgar keeps some fields for farming. Who better to guard these fields with than some spare Shades of Bleakewoode? These particular Shades are fused into Scarecrows to make them even more terrifying, it is said that these abused Shades have an even greater hatred and anger than normal Shades, making them incredible warriors. There are even legends that say a Scarecrow of Bleakewoode can make a dying soul feel it's anger, it's hatred, it's longing, and if the soul feels it strongly, a Scarecrow can even replace one of it's fallen brothers by transferring the soul into a previously destroyed Scarecrow!

Cool, a mention! I haven't worked on customs in a looooong time. Those are two of my favorite, glad you like them! Perhaps I need to fire up a card creator and get things updated, though. For example, I would recommend War Machine's normal Range be reduced to 5. That gives his three ranged options some nice tension: sit at long range 7 and deal with squads that threaten heroes; move to range 6 and give something the Q9 treatment we know and love; or close to range 5 for a nice heavy 5+ dice shot.

Glad to see you considering starting up again! I have honestly only played with these 2, but I have been drooling over your other Supers & Star Wars for a while now. (Why haven't I printed them off yet ) Your cards weren't on this thread for a while because I accidentally saved without undoing, but now they are back!

EDIT: I removed Necro's cards from here a while ago, and forgot to mention it.
