I think Mutant Growth Hormone has plans as a re-use in the future. That may be why that transplant won't work. Also technically the being on his card is a component of being dispersed and the MGH markers aren't directly connected since he can explode without the Markers. It's just a weaker explosion.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

If the power is going to be re-used, then that makes sense, although including the line wouldn't have any effect on a figure that doesn't come off the battlefield except when destroyed.

If the decision is to leave it as part of Dispersed, then "special abilities" needs to be changed to "special powers"
