The Zombie Survival Guide - Max Brooks

The son of comic genius Mel Brooks wrote a book about how to protect yourself from the living dead...im not quite finished, but its an excellent book so far..

the problem lies, however, in that it is a hardcore zombie protection manual, you will def. feel the need to skip around, as it is more of a reference manual than a novel, but im making my way through it and im pretty happy

anyone else read this book @ all?

Haven't we already done this topic?

Or perhaps we discussed his follow-up, World War Z. WWZ is a great book, BTW - possibly the best one that I read last year.

Re: The Zombie Survival Guide - Max Brooks

I haven't read the survival guide, but I recently read a book called Autumn by David (I think) Moody. He put the first of the series up for free download online, so I figured I'd give it a shot. It was a good read.

I heard that somewhere, hopefully the movie will do the books justice. His idea was perfect too, now that I've read the first, I want to go get the others.

It's been over a year since I've read it, but I love that book with a passion. And reading it front to back isn't as difficult as one would think, IMO.

I have read the book at least a dozen times.

Dund is just tricky, that's all.

I could go on and on about the genius of Max Brooks. I love everything that he writes.I can't wait for the next one, which I think is coming out soon.

[And DeceitfulBeauty finally beat NecroBlade at Heroscape. With Iron Man.]

Re: The Zombie Survival Guide - Max Brooks

It's funny, I just finished this book last weekend. I loved it and look forward to some of the other 'lost texts' that were hinted at in the book, if there are any plans to flesh it out.

Just started World War Z this weekend.

Did you know Samuel L. Jackson was in Jaws? VVVVVV
