Its model number and name are #005 / Phantom Girl.

Character Bio - Born on the planet Bgztl in the fourth-dimension separated from the third by a dimensional buffer known as the Phantom Zone, Tinya Wazzo despised the restrictions of her home planet and her mother.

Rebelling against her mother, Wazzo left for Earth aboard a freighter in search of employment. Discovering her employers to be a spy-ring, she reported them to the Legion and later joined as Phantom Girl.

Like other Bgztillians, Phantom Girl has the ability to phase out of reality to become intangible. Phantom Girl's powers serve her well as a member of the Legion's Espionage Squad.

INTANGIBILITY
Phantom Girl can move through all figures, Fortress Walls, and obstacles, and is never attacked when leaving an engagement. Phantom Girl cannot be targeted by opponents' non-adjacent figures for any attacks or for any opponents' special powers that require clear sight.

Before or during Phantom Girl's movement, you may choose an opponent's adjacent small or medium figure. I like the power set. Here are the tweaks I wouldn't mind seeing to Phase Drag (which is a really cool power concept) though:

PHASE DRAG
Before or during Phantom Girl's movement, you may choose an opponents' adjacent small or medium adjacent figure. If Phantom Girl moves through another figure or obstacle, place the chosen figure on the space Phantom Girl moved over or occupied immediately before moving through that figure or obstacle. Roll an unblockable one attack die against the chosen figure. If you roll a skull the chosen figure receives one unblockable wound. If you rolled a skull andPhantom Girl moved through a figure instead of an obstacle, that figure also receives an unblockable wound. if you rolled a skull.

Or all together:

PHASE DRAG

Cool stuff A3n. Another one I don't know of, though is this the one that Mr. Helm used to make fun of Garada for having an infatuation for?

  1. Do we have any precedent for using "At any point"? "Before or during" is official terminology.
  2. "After choosing an opponent's figure" I don't believe is required. It's just extra text that seems redundant.
  3. I added the "moved over or" because she could be flying at which point she doesn't actually occupy that space.
  4. "If a skull is rolled..." works for me .

That was the similarly named Phantom Lady from the Freedom Fighters. Freedom Fighters were based in the WWII era, whereas Phantom Girl here and the rest of the LEGION are based in the 31st century.

C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

As per Intangibility, PG's can move through figures & obstacles whether she is flying or walking. If she is flying only 1 level off the ground, she can still move through & therefore the space before the figure/obstacle she didn't occupy, she only moved over it. This was my wording to cover this. Let me know if this is still an issue.

We’ve seen this ability before, and it’s certainly fitting for a Phantom Girl.

Phase Drag
You’re not referring to Ru Paul, are you?

“place the chosen figure on the space Phanton Girl moved over”: In order to move through something, I’m not certain you can fly over it. Example: Phatom Girl flies to the top of a castle with a battlement. I think Flying requires her to fly over the battlement, so I don’t think she’d be able to fly through it.

“place the chosen figure on the space Phantom Girl moved over or occupied immediately before moving through”: Phantom Girl begins the turn adjacent to Superman and a tree. Phantom Girl begins to move through the tree, and chooses Superman for Phase Drag. If she has to place Superman before moving through the tree, then she’s already on the space where she would need to place Superman. A subsequent reading of this makes me think the following happens instead: Phantom Girl places Superman while she is moving through the tree and not on the space where she was before moving through it, so she can place Superman on the previously occupied space. This may be the reason Carry abilities specify you choose the figure first, and then waits until after you move the figure before doing anything with the chosen figure.

What about something like this:

One thing I do think is clear: I think your wording establishes that you can’t choose an adjacent figure, then move through that chosen figure to trigger Phase Drag.

Final Thoughts
Phase Drag is certainly a twisted version of Carry, and I think it’s a great ability.
