The Separation Anxiety template is somewhat older, so bear in mind:

• Land spaces (i.e. rock, grass, and snow) are level one unless otherwise noted.
• Water and ice spaces are level zero unless otherwise noted.

How can your glyph of Brandar be destroyed? I know I'm missing something here.

Either, you are holding two glyphs of Brandar and are killed and are single spaced which requires one glyph of Brandar to be placed and the other to be destroyed or you are holding a glyph of Brandar and are killed on a power glyph (or while standing on another glyph of Brandar) and must destroy the glyph.
