In truth, there are many more players, I guess not everyone has signed up. We also have Rick's GF, who plays a mean samurai squad, and that other new guy Lance brought last time. My wife, and two more of my friends, plus any others Finrod knows. Hopefully they'll keep signing up.

Also, if you are coming on the 16th be sure to RSVP on the events section.

I only know one who has visited this board. I know a couple of other adults besides him, and a bunch of Jr. High boys in my youth group that I've gotten hooked on it.

I'll check on the 16th. Hope I can make it, but not sure....

The whole idea behind this thread is precisely to get orgnaized into a league. I had thought we could be the "Houston Little League." hehehehehe

As a matter of fact, I wanted to ask Rick to go ahead and book us for the next few months at his place so I can add it to the calendar here. Furthermore, we could also have smaller, suburban get togethers for people in specific areas once we all meet, south, north, etc.

Hopefully, once everyone signs up, we can begin keeping track of all games and have standings, of course with a friendly spirit all along. It will be great to see how many games each person has played in the group and have some sort of official ranking, just for fun.

And for those concerned with the competitive aspect, rest assured that we will play foremost to enjoy the game, keeping records only adds to the cohesiveness of the group. So please, one last favor to all those who have signed up, please roughly specify your location so I can begin grouping us for smaller events. I, for one, am in the south side in Clear Lake, around the Nasa area.

As far as the rsvp goes, I'm trying to figure that out myself, I'll check and post later.
