Hey I'm new but just wanted to ask this question. When have your average or bad units done great things?

Welcome to the site, skullsovershields! I once had a blade grut fall off of a cliff, survive, and put three wounds (attack glyph, all skulls, no shields) on Jotun to kill him. Is that what you're looking for?

My brother was playing against me and my Sudmea kill 11 of his 12 figures! She killed Isamu with a physical attack, granted a lot of this had to do with luck.

I don't know if this is one of the better ones but I believe it deserves some recognition. My single squad of Marrden Hounds destroyed full health Kaemon, full health Sonlen, and three Tarn Vikings, leaving my cousin with just a squad of Marro Warriors.

Rubber bone blade grut with really sharp swords.

One time in a 3-player free-for-all I had one lone Venoc Viper kill Jotun by itself. The 3rd player kept engaging Jotun with heroes or good squads, so the giant ignored my one lone Viper. I think it caused 6 of the 7 wounds.

I played a tournament with Sudema a couple of weeks ago where she turned both Krug and Charos into statues. That was pretty cool.

I'll also not go into the countless times my Runa has Mitonsouled heroes...

Okay, this one will scare you.

The setting was a three player game, in which player 3 was being a jerk, and position ALL of his troops in the 4 high castle right next to my starting zone(jerk!) and player 2 had his ninjas sneak in, climb all of the ladder, and then assassinate 3 micorp, carr, the krav, and 3 sentinels before I resigned ( yeah, I had 3 deathreavers left, what was I guna do) It was the cheapest battle of all time not only because of the castle looming over my start zone, but because they both dropped their AE at the same time, and used grenades to destroy 2 stinger squads, 1 TSA squad and my Krav...Charos wasn't doing so well on defense either, and Q9 was sniped off by syvaris in the tower. But the Ninjas Beasted!!!
