Tragedy at Virginia Tech

First of all my heartfelt sympathies and prayers go to the victims and community involved. It is my sincerest hope that no one from this community is involved in this terrible event.

I will now refrain from jumping on my soapbox, but I think most longtime members of this community know where I would come down on this matter. It is my wish that all people are safe and remain so into the future.

this is truly sad. I have no relatives that go there so that is good, but i feel sorry for the families and friends of those who died. My history teacher's sister goes there and she is fine.

To think this is one of the best colleges in the country and my favorite

A friend of mine has a sister that goes to VT, but she's fine. she stayed in her dorm all day today.

And, unless the TV lies, the death toll is at 32 now. On the site i am running, this was also mentioned, and the kid that mentioned it says that this is a fine example of why there should be no gun control.
