Well, there are ways to make it more "emotional":

LAST LINK TO HUMANITY
If an Order Marker would be removed from an Army Card for a Unique or Event Hero you control, if Silk Spectre is in clear sight of that Hero, you may choose not to remove it.

I think I'd like it even better if it had a range of 4-6 spaces.

What's the reason to expand it anyway? Are you worried it's not powerful enough? Like I said before, I don't care that it's not powerful enough, it's mostly for theme. I like it with a single character, since she usually emotionally bonds with only one person, not the entire army. Yeah she has connections with most of the characters, but not all. Rorschach or Ozymandias for sure.

I think it works better with a single character as well.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

That's a good chunk. But like I said, I'm still really not worried about the niche-ness. It adds flavor, otherwise all she does it beat on people in the comic, so yeah...

Somehow I don't think Manhattan is enjoying his time with her all that much, though.
