Mistress of Time - Rough Draft

Due to the completion of the Grim Reaper (thank you to all who helped, especially nyys and The Medic), I have begun my second immortal, Mistress of Time.

I got some inspiration for her whilst playing with my brothers when they would roll the dice before jumping, and then decide to move if they got a shield, but change their mind if they got a skull (I use white dice). So I began to think, "Wouldn't it be neat if there was a character who could actually do that?" I also thought a while about having a character that directly changed the game play and directly affected the player. I put these all on a card, found a picture of a character, and thus, Mistress of Time was born.

...oh, and one last thing: when I said rough draft, I meant it.

Figure is a Dreamblade Lunar Handmaiden that got butchered in Photoshop. Did I mention that this is a rough draft?[/url]

Another great concept n1ck3l. I'm not really sure theres much to add, I really like it as is. It could possibly be underpriced, the ability to decide which way the turn goes can be pretty big, especially in a team game.

I wanted to get some more official sounding wording for it, but yeah, the general concept is there.

And by putting it into that perspective, I can see MT anywhere in a 170-200 point range. I'm surprised that my estimate was off though...

Some further playtesting will resolve that.

The "once per roll" wording needs to change to something like one per turn.

I just had a quick look at your main thread when I saw this one also. Please try to only have 1 thread for all your customs. With so many custom makers, having 2 threads just means someone else's thread is pushed off the front page... You should probably add this card to your other thread and ask a mod to lockk this thread...

That said, I think you have some great ideas and when I have some time I will write with detailed comments in your main thread.

You change the title of the other thread as you add new stuff (just in case you didn't know that.)

Please keep all of your customs in one thread.

Edit the title of the thread when you make a new unit. Adding a date helps, too. Also, you can edit your original post, and add in new units as you post them. This does two things: It keeps the forum from being too cluttered, and it also keeps all of your stuff in one place, so if someone likes one of your customs, the rest are easy to find.
