Green Arrow (JL) - Him and Wonder Woman (JL) definitely breathed new life into the Justice League faction, and without their additions, I'm not sure the faction would have received all the love it now has to get to a much better point. Fun design and a go-to pick for the faction.

Lex Luthor (IL) - He's a go to for the IL and the theme of sabotaging the enemy instead of buffing his allies, makes for a nice foundation for the faction that ultimately sets it apart from most others.

Winter Soldier (Team Up) - Makes Cap + Ms. Marvel a more cohesive pairing to run with, which is great.
