Re: The Book of Mok
Just got the figure for Mok!
Anyone have tips or anything on rebasing him? I don't know how to remove him from the (heroclix/mage knight?) base he came on. I have a double hex base to put him on, that should be the easy part for me. |

Re: The Book of Mok
Put a knife (or anything thin and sturdy) under the foot, wedging it between the foot and base. Wiggle and eventually the foot will pop off. Do the same for the other foot, and it should just break off cleanly.

Re: The Book of Mok
Do what AV says, except put Mok in the freezer for ten or more minutes first. It makes the glue brittle so he snaps off pretty easily.

Re: The Book of Mok
When I was running the C3V Mok sale, I just pulled him off the base with my hands. He pops off pretty easily and is a sturdy enough mini that nothing will break.

Re: The Book of Mok
Agreed. Mok is one of the easiest VC figures to rebase.

I just noticed this too, as its been more than a month since the observation was made I figured I would point it out again.

Re: The Book of Mok
Only just realized this guy was from Eberron instead of Feylund, every time I read his bio I thought he was adopted by Feylund dwarves. Why did Eberron get chosen? Was it just because of the appearance of the sculpt?

Re: The Book of Mok
Yeah, the steampunk aspect didn't fit what Feylund was about.

Re: The Book of Mok
Okay that makes sense now that you point it out.
