Double post, I know, but I've changed my mind - I missed the "buy it now" feature. Looks like he's trying to use ebay to sell waves 3&7+SotM for $230 - no bidding necessary.

So would this be considered a scam? Would someone who honestly didn't see the outrageous S&H actually have a leg to stand on if he/she wanted to refuse to pay that? Or contact eBay about it?

I sent the seller a message asking if the shipping cost was a typo or not. If it is not then I would say it is a scam.
I'll let you know what he has to say.
