Roll for random/secret victory conditions

Does anyone else here play random victory condition games? One way my friends and I play the most often is to secretly roll a 6-sided dice to see which victory condition you have to play for... while trying not to let your opponents know what that condition is until it's too late.

For example: (battlefield = 6MS, 4RTTFF, 2VV)

1) finish off 350 points worth of enemy cards. (we typically play 500pt games)... and by finish off, we mean just that, you have to destroy the hero or be the one to finish off the last of a squadie for a card.

2) control 2 bridges. (our battlefields for this gameplay always include 2 bridges at varying heights... and never close together)

3) capture the flag. (just like it sounds. each starting zone has an upside down glyph representing their flag... go and grab their flag and bring it back to your own flag).

4) Finish off an opponent. (be the player to destroy the last remaining figure of one of the other players).

5) Control/stand on 5 glyphs. (not as easy as it sounds, considering that many glyphs are temporary (ie: Mintosoul).

6) Occupy both enemy starting zone glyphs/flags. (we typically do 3-player games)

Not knowing what objectives your opponents are trying to complete can drive one to drink, plus it makes for fun speculation, subterfuge, and politics during the game. If you've never tried a game rolling for secret missions, you should give it a whirl sometime!
