PART 1 - Swiss Style Tournament, 1 v 1.
Approximately 10-2 PM
480 point army using Delta points (The new Legacy Points!).Delta Points use Delta W.1.12
24 starting spaces.
No Customs. (Except customs won at a prior HBW.)
Marvel is allowed.
4 (Or 5) - 55 minute games. Wins count more than points.


Bring your own figures, markers, dice, etc.

$8 entry fee or bring a good Heroscape prize for the table. All fees go to prizes which include:

1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place get trophies.

PART 2 - Free Play.
I figured there is a growing interest in custom figures, and since we have the maps out and the people there, let's play! After the tourney is over and prizes and trophies have been handed out, let's bring out the custom and classic figures for some more Heroscape! (Delta points!) I have a hard stop at 4 PM, but a couple of others are bringing maps so the fun won't end when I leave. (Like it ever did before?) Feel free to bring a map.

Why Delta?

We used it at Con of the North, and over half of the armies were rare in classic point tournaments. It takes Jexic's "A" units and increases their points to make them less likely to be used in tournaments. It takes those "D" and lower units and decreases their points to make them more likely to get used. Think of it as nerfing and buffing in a video game.

This thread is not meant to become a philosophical debate on classic vs. Delta points. It is meant as a way to dust off some of those cool looking figures that you never use.
