IMPORTANT DEPOSIT DATES:
March 5th, 2022: $200: due date for ScapeCon II first ($200) deposit. If you pay your first deposit by this date, then you will receive 3 extra-exclusive alt-art cards.
April 2nd, 2022: ScapeCon II events are posted. Once you have paid for your badge in full, you can sign up for events.
May 1st, 2022: one-day badges go on sale. Again, once you have bought your badge, you may sign up for events.
June 1st, 2022: DUE DATE FOR ALL PAYMENTS. Payments are non-refundable after this point.


Payment Details:
PM OEAO for his Venmo. You must pay by Venmo friends and family. Please include ScapeCon II Reimbursement in the description.


Badge Details:
$375 ScapeCon II Badge includes: 5 days of gaming; 11 meals (Wednesday dinner-Sunday breakfast); t-shirt; and prize support (prizes for coming, prizes for playing, and prizes for winning).
$325 ScapeCon II No Breakfast Badge includes: all of the above except for all four breakfasts.
$110 ScapeCon II 1-Day Badge includes: 1 day of gaming; all meals offered on that day (and mid-morning coffee); and prize support (prizes for coming, prizes for playing, and prizes for winning).

A note on the ScapeCon II No Breakfast Badge option:
This is first-come, first-serve based on the order in which people pay their FIRST DEPOSIT. HOWEVER, we need at least 30 people for the breakfast buffets. Thus, if we only have 30 attendees, then the no breakfast option will not be available to anyone. If we have 35 attendees the no breakfast option will be available to the first 5 people who request it and pay their first deposit. If we have 40 attendees, well you get the picture.


Hotel Information:
Our room block rooms are $129 a night. The hotel has set aside a block of 23 double queen rooms and 5 king rooms for our dates. You do not have to stay at the hotel.
