Just wanted to check something - if a figure rolls an 8 or less for Chaos Magic Curse, they still get to use any glyphs they have equipped, don't they? That's what I'd assume, and that's how I'm going to play it for the rest of the game that brought it up, but I thought I ought to check.

This ruling has been altered. Hex-Sphere no longer works on special attacks. This ruling has in the past been used to argue that rerolling is not modifying a special attack because of this ruling which was not true. Rerolling = modifying though and it was difficult to line up those rulings. Special attacks can only be modified when they are specifically called out (such as on Red Skull II) and that is because special powers can break the rules.

I'm guessing that also excludes unblockable attack dice and attack dice rolled in special powers.

You'll want to kill that "either" as well if you didn't already.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
