Character’s Biography:

Shauzia is a Werecat from Feylund and she is a guardian in her hometown of Ruun. Her species is almost extinct in Feylund thanks to the Esenwein expansion al across Feylund. Shauzia is a powerful warrior that brings great support in battle, and she is always ready to sacrifice herself in hard times. When Aquilla summoned her into Valhalla, she knew that evil have spread beyond her home world, and they needed true defenders of peace to end all evil.

I don't understand Special Target. "Ranged attack", or attacking a non-adjacent figure, is not possible when the attacker is engaged. That said, you might want to look at the wording for Tandros Kreel.

When making units, instead of the phrase "ranged attack," it is more like HS canon to say "an attack by a non-adjacent figure."
