Actually, we send Bounty Hunters after those who retire, so they can't spill any secrets from the Inner Sanctum. We're currently saving up enough credits to send Cad Bane after @heroscaper2010 He's on the force ghost list prematurely for some reason.

If you look at the HoSS Power Rankings, you'll see that the Stormtroopers are an A-rank unit. They might not look like it on paper, but they have a ranged attack which on height they can get 2 dice doubling the skulls (0 to 4 skulls total, with an average of 2 skulls). That's like to rolling 4 attack dice at range. For a 4-man squad, they are pretty tough against most squads.

@zeekthefreak , don't underestimate the storm troopers with their 1 attack die and 3 defense. They are great at eliminating squad figures. Just not quite good at hitting heroes. Hence the movies. They are a top tier force to be reckoned with. Try playing them in some games supported by a hero killing figure like darth vader. They're quite good enough for their points.

Troll and Toad is the site I usually use for SW minis, they have pretty reasonable prices from what I can tell.

So true. CoolStuff's 99 cent shipping on singles is hard to beat. It pays to comparison shop, though. TrollandToad has about a $3 shipping rate for singles (I think that's the amount). If you find enough items with better prices at TnT, it can end up being cheaper.


Edit: depending on how many you buy, TrollandToad may be the better deal. A quick glance at CoolStuff shows most of their Stormtrooper minis at $2.99, with some at $2.49, and one or two a little less. A bunch of TnT's are $1.99 to $2.39, with a few outliers lower and higher.


Edit 2: Just checked TnT. $2.99 shipping on minis orders of $10 or more.
