From a turn order standpoint, the second and third powers should be switched. Attacking doesn't occur until after the movement phase.

I'm confused as to why he takes LEAs when he leaps and doesn't when he moves additional spaces. Maybe it's just me, but it seems unnecessarily complex.

I'd like to put Leap last, as well - we often put movement powers last on the card, and it would make the power names read as intended.

I agree with the concept of him activating super speed on that Faster Than a Speeding Bullet power. Tactically, it gives you a reason to use the power (the free disengage) and competitively I think it's better for him not to have disengage all the time (plus it's how he was tested).
