Best of those dates would be the 14th for us. But that's after awesomeunleashed leaves. Hmmm. The 7th is definitely out. And the 30th... probably won't work.

If the 14th works for everyone else, then I guess you can go ahead and do it. At least as long as we try to do something in August...

I agree but the most participation would be good. Anyway, I'm off to Honduras today so I'll probably incomunicado for the next couple weeks. Maybe Kpucblek can keep me up to date with any major developments? Just assume for any community decisions that I am a "yes" except for the weekend of July 21st. By the way, my vote is draft pool (for real this time), unless of course were doin Gen Con formats. Either way is fine by me. Anyhoo, see y'all in a couple o' weeks.

Hmm, looks like the 28th is going to work for most people (Yay!). What about for you, dok?

Should we start discussing formats? Personally, I want to see Pooled Draft+General Wars+Lightweight+C3V/SoV (So, like, you would draft a 350-point Einar army).

Edit: And as much as I hate to say it (No Deathchasers! ), if we do General Wars with C3V/SoV, Vallkrill should be his own general. He's got a big enough army now, and Utgar obviously doesn't need it...

July 28th is a Saturday. Sorry about the confusion, I just assumed people would know what I was talking about since we usually do Saturdays...

I don't think General Wars and Pooled Draft (or General Wars and a draft of any sort, actually) mixes well. Pooled Draft lightweight would be interesting. I wouldn't mind a Main Event dry run... say, 4-5 rounds of regular and 1-2 rounds reverse-the-whip, or something like that.

My main concern is maps - I want to use all Gencon maps, and preferably Gencon glyphs and timing rules. I can play basically any format as long as we stick to that.

I still like Valkrill getting to piggyback on Utgar, personally, but I can go either way.

Actually, after thinking about it more, I think you're right. It probably wouldn't work well at all...

I'm basically fine with anything, as long as there's none of that lame non-pooled drafting...
