Love what you have going on here redstang. This is just my two cents.

The second power needs to be slightly different text-wise if we want to call it Bionic Arm Double Attack, since it's already an existing power on Daredevil.

Okay! Now I understand the need for the name change. Didn't know Daredevil (II) had the same power. I think I've only ever played against him once, so it wasn't ringing any bells.

Also, your proposed changes to Ground Pound, are closer to what I had written up for the original design and are in contrast to Arkham's proposed changes. Which way should I go?

These are just suggestions, you do what you feel is best. This is your baby, and you should ultimately be happy with the end result. Brainstorming a design can be a little stressful/frustrating. Believe me, I have been there.

Hey all, here's the last of the City of Heroes guys. Positron is made to be the "DPS" of the group. This is the design of the three that I'm the least confident on, so very open to ideas or suggestions.

FREEDOM PHALANX COORDINATION - I want Manticore to be able to attack after a Statesman or Manticore turn, but I couldn't really figure out a great way for it besides directly calling them out. I want the trio to work best together though, so I'm ok with it since he can still operate without them.

The other two powers are mostly keeping the radiation theme from Radioactive Man.

Just a suggestion, why not give them all the same ability and word it something like this, so they can all work together and you can kinda choose your next move.
