GROUND POUND
Before moving Jax, you may choose the space Jax occupies or a space within 3 spaces of Jax. move all figures adjacent to Jaxthe chosen space by placing them each on an empty space within 1 space of their original placement. A figure moved by Ground Pound never takes leaving engagement attacks. A non-flying figure moved lower by Ground Pound can receive any falling damage that may apply. If the chosen space is not the space Jax currently occupies, You may roll an unblockable attack die against all figures moved by Ground Pound. the figure or destructible object occupying it.

BRUTAL BIONIC ARM DOUBLE ATTACK
When Jax attacks with an adjacent normal attack, he may attack one additional time. After each adjacent normal attack with Jax, if he inflicted one or more wounds on the defending figure and that figure has only one Life remaining, roll an unblockable attack die against that figure.

The second power needs to be slightly different text-wise if we want to call it Bionic Arm Double Attack, since it's already an existing power on Daredevil.

Okay! Now I understand the need for the name change. Didn't know Daredevil (II) had the same power. I think I've only ever played against him once, so it wasn't ringing any bells.

Also, your proposed changes to Ground Pound, are closer to what I had written up for the original design and are in contrast to Arkham's proposed changes. Which way should I go?

These are just suggestions, you do what you feel is best. This is your baby, and you should ultimately be happy with the end result. Brainstorming a design can be a little stressful/frustrating. Believe me, I have been there.

Hey all, here's the last of the City of Heroes guys. Positron is made to be the "DPS" of the group. This is the design of the three that I'm the least confident on, so very open to ideas or suggestions.

FREEDOM PHALANX COORDINATION - I want Manticore to be able to attack after a Statesman or Manticore turn, but I couldn't really figure out a great way for it besides directly calling them out. I want the trio to work best together though, so I'm ok with it since he can still operate without them.

The other two powers are mostly keeping the radiation theme from Radioactive Man.

CLASS = SCIENTIST
PERSONALITY = DEDICATED

FREEDOM PHALANX COORDINATION

Figures with the Environmental Suit special power are not affected by this special power.

NEUTRON BOMB SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 4. Attack 5.
Choose a figure to attack. Any figures adjacent to the chosen figure are also affected by the Neutron Bomb Special Attack. Roll attack dice once for all affected figures. Positron cannot be affected by his own Neutron Bomb Special Attack. Figures with the Environmental Suit special power are not affected by this special attack. This special attack can only be used once per round.

SUPER STRENGTH
FLYING

BIO : Dr. Raymond Keyes was the leading scientist for Crey Industries. His magnum opus was the development of a suit that would be used for disaster relief support. However, Crey secretly designed this suit to fire bolts of anti-matter. Upon learning this fact from an injured friend, Keyes enters the suit and fights of the incoming Crey thugs. Keyes escaped, going on to become Positron, a dedicated defender of Paragon City.

Just a suggestion, why not give them all the same ability and word it something like this, so they can all work together and you can kinda choose your next move.

Like I said, just a suggestion. Seems like a cool little trio move
