Character Bio - Jean-Paul and his twin sister, Jeanne-Marie, were orphaned after their parents were killed in an automobile accident. Separated shortly thereafter, they grew up apart, Jean-Paul grew up angry and confused, turning to crime as a teenager. Eventually he came to terms with both his mutant powers and his sexual orientation, using the former to become an Olympic ski champion. This drew the attention of the Canadian government, which recruited him to join Alpha Flight, where he was reunited with his sister.

SUPERSONIC FLYING
When using the Flying special power, Northstar may add 4 to his Move number. If he does, he cannot attack this turn.

TWIN LIGHT BLAST
If Northstar is adjacent to Aurora and did not use his Supersonic Flying special power this turn, instead of attacking, you may roll one unblockable attack die against each enemy figure within 4 spaces of Northstar whose Target Point is within clear sight of Northstar. You may only use this special power once per round.

REPETITIVE STRIKE SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 1. Attack 2.
Northstar may attack up to 5 times with this special attack. He must attack the same figure with each subsequent attack. The defending figure may not be moved by any special power on any Army Card.

FLYING

Twin Light Blast seems potentially extremely powerful - should it have a once per game (or at least once per round) limit on it? Paired with the Fan Four, the twins should last long enough to use it often.

Hmm ... also, there's a clarity issue there. Is it all or nothing? As in, if you choose (may) to roll the dice, do you have to roll the dice against all figures that meet the criteria? I guess if you're rolling for Aurora each time (which you'd just about have to if she's adjacent) then it significantly depowers the power. Or was it meant to be opposing players' figures only?

I would go with "once per round" on Twin Light Blast and add a rang restriction in, even if it's a large one. 10 spaces?
