He seems pretty balanced and definitely plays differently than any other Batman, almost more like a Deathstroke. Since this didn't make it to Final Editing by the deadline for 1.0, I'm labelling it "defunct." Feel free to pick it back up in 2.0 once 2.0 is publicly released.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

We should be able to release this calendar year. The hope is some time late summer. We're more or less down to one character design and finalizing the art on the rulebook before we'll have a product that could be released.

But, notably, other than cutting off pre-Final Editing design work, we haven't even finished up 1.0 yet or released everything for it.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
