You should have good luck, just keep checking the Wal-Marts in your area.

I just left work today and stopped by Wal Mart to pick up my girlfriend's anniversary present, which they were sold out of , and (out of habit) walked through the games aisle. There it was, Swarm of the Marro, two of them in plain sight. I about fell over

I am soooooo bitter right now because I dont have the extra money for it yet , priorities, and college books and a car maintenance killed my budget for this month, my checking account is still in recovery...

But keep checking Walmart, they also decided to miraculously place two whole sets of Wave 1 on the shelves too, and they normally suck when it comes to expansion waves.
I usually have to get all my small expansions from either Target or HouseMouse Games (thanks Sandra) and all my terrain/master sets from Walmart (theirs are cheaper than Target, and they had the Onyx Vipers that one time) SOTM on the shelves before wave 7... I will definately be ordering Wave 8 online

Most of the discoverers are in the west, why so few in the east(say MD)

I think it's because most all toys are made in the Far East now-a-days so everything is literally Shipped into California then distributed Eastward by truck.

We're on the far end of the Distribution system.

if your around the Syracuse watertown area in NY the Wal-mart in calcium has 5 more marro sets left after i bought 2 . they also have wave 1 and 6 on the shelf minus the snipers and vipers packs

I found a set today at Wal*Mart in Beaumont Ca

Henrietta New York, Rochester. WalMart next to Sams has 7 sets left, as well as tons (and I mean tons) of first wave packs and 6th wave packs. I bought 2 sets of romans, orcs, and snipers/vipers, and one set of the hero pack, but there are plenty left!

PLUS! The guy said they literally had a truck ton of Swarm of marro on the way to replenish.
