Start the game with 3 white Dazzle Markers on this card. After taking a turn with Dazzler, you may choose an opponent's Unique Hero within 5 clear sight spaces and place a Dazzle Marker on its Army Card. A figure with one or more of your Dazzle Markers on its card subtracts 1 from its Move, Range, Attack, and Defense numbers to a minimum of 1. Figures with the Sensory Assault or Radar Sense special power are not affected by Dazzled. At the end of each round, all of your Dazzle Markers are returned to this Army Card.
Small technical edit to prevent Dazzler from hurting her own units in a mirror match. If you and your opponent both control a Dazzler, and the enemy Dazzler dazzles your Magneto, then technically Magneto would, as it stands, be affected by both Dazzlers' special powers and have to subtract 2 from his stats (a problem that scales with the number of players that have drafted Dazzler).

C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

No issue here. We used to avoid "your Marker" language, I believe, but that bridge has been crossed and double-crossed.
