Just an odd thing I noticed - we usually describe the marker the first time it appears in the card text, but here there’s talk of Instability Markers before we inform the player that the markers are in fact purple. Is that correct? (I can see the argument that the marker should be “defined” in the text when you’re told how to bring the marker into existence.)

I think it works fine here, based on your parenthetical argument. If, for example, we have a "Mr. Makes You Crazy" that dishes out Instability Markers, and puts some on Sentry, he'll read those. It's a type of marker, the color is only relevant when you're placing them.

See Hulk II, which mentions Avengers Markers but never colors them, because it's not creating them.

That makes sense to me. Giving out Insanity markers is totally something I could see us doing and Sentry counting those for himself would be cool.

We typically don't Grey out the capes in the target zones

Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.
