Yeah, I definitely could've nabbed "Space Godzilla" today if I'd wanted .... I don't think the stance on the six-inch Godzillas they had looked double baseable, though.

Spacegodzilla is double-baseable

Not sure about the Godzilla (2016) figure they had in stock. Didn't pick that one up. I think that's the Godzilla from Shin Godzilla? I hear people like that movie in a non-goofy way, but I haven't seen it yet.

So is anyone actively planning on a Godzilla LD at this point, to fight Kong? I know Nobody has a take, but it's more the "impossibly large" alt take we talked about. The only other Godizlla write-up linked in the OP is Margloth's, who isn't around to do it.

I'm willing to take point and get something figured out for double-space Godzilla - I actually have seen a few movies and I'm a little more invested in getting him in the game now. Don't want to step on any toes if someone else is looking to tackle him, though.

Probably I'd just need a couple months before I had the open design slot.

I'm mostly just concerned about all the figures coming with a huge tail that turns him into a 3 hex base. Do you have any of the figures they are currently selling in the stores?

Ran in Sanctum, I could see Godzilla being part of a Christmas in July 2 for 2021.

Yeah, I have the one from the same line as the Kong we used. Tail definitely takes up some space.

Yep, the Godzilla I have definitely takes up spaces with his tail. I think it's fine to make him double-spaced though and just use the Heroscape rule that he can only move where he fits. If we give him a power that destroys stuff around him, he'll make his own space to fit.
