"See through" Surfer
This will be my last thread for a while, and yes i did search it, but if anyone has posted something like this i am sorry. Now to get right to it Marvel Scape does have the two most powerful units in the game, The Hulk, and Abomanation so why then did hasbro make the Silver Surfer translucent. It is an important set, and it may just be mine but it makes me wounder? will WoTC take more pride in there work? if you would like comment on this, and if not have a nice day

I do not see how the fact that the 2 most powerful units in the set and your Silver Surfer being translucent connect but...it may be just yours...or the batch yours were made in case none of mine are see-through.

Mine has a transparent stand, but the Surfer and his board are silvery and chrome.

The surfer is made of some translucent plastic. Mine is sort of translucent...I can almost see through his silver painted stretched hand.

Are the Surfer and his stand one-piece or two (I don't have mine in front of me right now)? If it is a single piece then the entire Surfer is transparent. If your figure has a poor paint job, it would look translucent.

Ugly-Caco, or stareknight, you guys should post a pic of your transparent, or nearly-transparent, Silver Surfer. I am curious as to what they look like. I know mine's shiny silver and chromish-looking, but the nearly-transparent thing seems like it would be kinda cool and I kinda want to see it.

Yeah, it is cool looking. Its like ethereal silver. Hahaha
Actually it looks normal silver if not aimed at the light. I'll try to post a photo.

Mine is completely solid silver.

I'm wondering if the mold itself was clear, and they just didn't apply a thick enough coat of silver to cover.

Either way I'd MUCH rather have a transparent one! So cool!
