Does NGS's mind shackle take order markers off of him or the mind shackled card. Reasonably it takes order markers off of the mind shackled card, but I just wanted to make sure...

I was about to answer, but decided to re-check the card. I was confused, too, until I saw a post referencing Kee-Mo-Shi, which also has Mind Shackle 19. The text for KMS' card updates the wording to make it clear you remove order markers from the Mind Shackled card.

2 options for posting pics:
1) Become a Site Supporter to upload to the Gallery here on Heroscapers.
2) Get an account at an online photo sharing site, like Photobucket, post your pictures there, then use the image links to post in your thread.
