Sweet! I kind of like the fact he is on the cheaper side too as that makes it easy to draft at few spells with him. Although he is limited in how quick he can cast those spells, he's a pretty safe bet to stick around and cast all of them before someone can get past his Con Artist power and put him down.

Can anyone recommend an alternative figure? I really want this but I cant find the heroclix sculpt for less than £25!

Prob going to use Commissioner Gordon as a proxy for the time being (he has the trench coat).

An alternate card with that figure is okay with me, although I'll need to pick one up and paint him before it could be done.

I'm familiar with Glyphs, but not Unique Spells. Is there a list of them somewhere? Rules? Perhaps you can put a link to them on the OP?

It's all in the C3G books. Basically spells are draftable and can be cast by figures with the Magical Defense power. John has a special ability that allows him to cast some spells. (Unique ones, obviously)
