ok Everyone welcome and welcome once again.
I will be hosting, running, adding my general chaos to DCON again this year.

I am looking for maps!!!! 2 player maps to be specific!!
terrain? not a problem(please dont use 6 hives and 20 rocks though on one map).

I just want good maps that are balanced, look good and show off the various HS terrain, esp since this year we have DnD terrain to add into the mix.

I will have more info on things as I get it.
if ye know yer attending let me know and I'll get a list going on here.

The wife and I will definently be there again this year. We've been looking forward to this since last year. Always a blast playing in Rod's tourney. If you haven't attended before, you should definently check it out!!!

ok for those who havent heard about my chaotic system.
it works, it's a bit slower(this year I do have the option to use an actual swiss setup proggie)
by Chaotic I mean that i set up the Rounds myself, based on wins, loss, points *Killed*, maps played, ppl played against.

Me and some friends are attend dcon this year for the heroscape tournament, and we need some additional information that you are currently not providing.

1) Can you explain the "Chaotic" system? Is it swiss style scoring or what?
2) Is there an entrance fee for the tournament beyond the cost of the dcon admin?
3) What are the prizes?
4) Where can I find Searing Gorge so my friends and I can begin playtesting?
5) As far as maps, do you want us to introduce original maps, or can we recommend Battlefield of Valhalla maps?
6) Do you have any previous posts about DCON so we can look at how your tournament was ran?

Man that is sweet I missed ye two the last 2 years, and it will be fun to see ye again, ye staying at the Con?
sadly I've got room but it's down the street, still tryin to get one at the hilton or marriot so if ye can hook me up let me know.

Prizes are also in the works, well have more info soon on both.

any help is appreciated, esp if ye want to come early saturday and help build maps!
I will have several maps featuring the new DnD terrain as well as several classic maps, I'm shooting for at least 8-12 different maps this year.

Is there any word on any of the maps other than Searing Gorge? My friends and I are organizing some playtesting for armies in prep for the tourney, but I don't know if your using custom or BoV maps.

usually I'll get a list of most maps up by about a month out of the 'Con, with 2 of unlisted, usually one I created or one someone around me created(but which are pretty much(if not even) unbiased to one side or the other.

atm I'm looking at getting some more Maps with DnD terrain, Sotm terrain, Jungle, etc.
