that's because he doesn't have to hit like 12-15 other people (not sure of the actual metric) before he can rep you again

The reason I rarely rep people is that I usually don't have the opportunity to hit enough people, so I ended up getting frustrated about not being able to re-rep people at C3G and stopped trying.

Yeah the main privilege of being an admin is I never have to worry about getting the message about not being able to rep someone. When I'm on my computer I rep a ton. On my kindle though I can't rep anyone.

Auto-mind control and a D20 dodge will do that. I think I’ve played him 2 times. One game he failed all his rolls and went down like a chump, the other he survived and guided his team to a pretty handy victory. It is weird when Spidey is 250 with a lower dodge roll and probably equal offensive potential, but I think that additional mind control turn is what really makes Bison so crazy.

Eh, I think that’s a nice fighting game style touch. They tend to have a lot of moves with similar names like that.

Blame the game developers, that's how most of his attacks are named. Psycho Power is the name of the "evil magic energy" in Street Fighter, Psycho Crusher is his signature move. Looking it up, though, his warp is usually named "Bison Warp," not "Psycho Warp." Might be worth fixing, though we've certainly taken bigger liberties before - it is a warp, and it does use Psycho Power, so...
