Wow. That's... almost stealing. You said your wings were defective, so they gave you new figures, but you were, in fact, just putting them in wrong. I'm pretty soiled in filth and sin, but that seems... somehow wrong to me.

Morally wrong, yes. But as you were unaware of your faux pas, I don't think it will be marked against you at the Eternal Gates. However, you can clean you conscience and retain the valued customer service for the rest of the 'scapers world wide with a note to customer service explaining what exactly occured.

I highly doubt Hasbro would ask for the items back, but it may bump them into suggesting the action you took to get the wings placed correctly in the future. This would stop them from sending sets out, cutting into Hasbro's bottom line and discontinuing Hasbro's ability to replace items altogether for the rest of the 'scaping community!

Just because you're offended, it doesn't make you right.

well the wings had had to put on with some brute force so it wasnt my fault cause they require great force instead of easy essembling

They would most likely throw them out if you sent them back.

Long live Heroscape.

I'd be much more excited if I was sent extra commons instead of a whole lot of stuff that I can't use.

I somewhat agree but seeing as the wings were slightly defective i think we can let him off by getting him to do some charity work!

Well heres a moral verbal question that was asked to me at a job interview.

"Which is worst? Stealing a dollar or a hundred dollars?"

The answer I gave was right whic the interviewer was suprised. Do you know the answer?

Stealing is wrong no matter how much it is.
